Ron Gajewski is an accountant with more than 26 years of experience as a director of public listed companies and as a corporate advisor to public companies.

Mr Gajewski was formerly an executive director of ASX-listed Spinifex Gold, executive chairman of Contact Resources and has held directorships with mining companies listed in both Canada and Australia.

Klaus Eckhof

Mr Eckhof is a geologist with more than 20 years of experience developing mineral deposits throughout the globe including Africa.

Mr Eckhof worked for Mount Edon Gold Mines Ltd as business development manager before it was acquired by Canadian mining company Teck. In 1994, he founded Spinifex Gold Ltd and Lafayette Mining Ltd, both of which successfully delineated gold and base metal deposits. In late 2003, Mr Eckhof founded Moto Goldmines which acquired the Moto Gold Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Mr Eckhof is a Director of Erongo Energy Limited.

Nigel Ferguson

Nigel Ferguson is a geologist with more than 23 years of experience in the exploration and definition of precious and base metal mineral resources in globally diverse locations.

Mr Ferguson has held several senior technical management roles before accepting executive corporate roles for listed companies.

Mr Ferguson served as the chief executive officer of LSE-listed [AIM market] Condor Resources plc between 2003 and 2008. He is also president and CEO of TSX-listed copper explorer, African Metals Corp.

Susmit Shah

Susmit Shah is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years’ experience. He has been involved with a diverse range of Australian public listed companies in company secretarial and financial roles.

Mr Shah’s experience includes negotiation and conduct of mining joint ventures, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions.

 

Kevin Thomson

Non-Executive Director

Kevin Thomson is a geologist with 25 years experience of which 11 years have been in West Africa gaining experience in a number of countries in the sub-region, including Guinea.

Mr Thomson is currently the Exploration manager for Burey's largest shareholder Perseus Mining. Mr Thomson manages a workforce of over 200 exploration staff, having been instrumental in Perseus' exploration on its gold projects in Ghana and Cote D'Ivoir
